HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

We will ship the products within 3 days. Normal delivery time is about in 7-14 days, but the actual arrival time depends on the shipping conditions. We will do our best to prevent any delays.

You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, undamaged, and with all tags attached. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, in which case we will cover the shipping costs or offer compensation. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you do not receive your order please contact our support team at service@oversday.com straight away and we will be able to help you. Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

We are unable to change the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order. If the order has not left our fulfillment center yet, we will attempt to stop the shipment. If successful, we ask that you place a new order with the changes you wish to make. 

WHAT TO DO IF DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE?

Due to policy differences in certain countries, delivery may not be possible. If this situation arises, we will refund your payment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL TAX RATES TO PAY?

It depends on the different policies of each country. Before placing your order, we recommend understanding your own country's policies. We only charge the actual order amount and do not bear any additional tax fees.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE FAILS DURING TRANSPORTATION?

After placing your order, please be sure to double-check the shipping information you provided for any errorsIn some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons: Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout. Order was not collected in time. Additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.
