WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1. You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, undamaged, and with all tags attached. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, in which case we will cover the shipping costs or offer compensation. If you need to arrange a return, please click here to Contact Us.

Please write the following information in the comment section:

  • Order number
  • Order Name
  • Reason for Return / Exchange

(When we receive your Email, we will reply to confirm with you and start the return process.)

2. If you receive a product with obvious defects, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will handle it for you promptly.

3. If you need to return an item, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping fees.

4. Depending on your payment method, credit card companies may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to post to your bank account. We recommend contacting your credit card company if you feel there is an issue. 

5. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please request a "return and refund", and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Returns and Exchanges must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. All garments must be returned in their original protective packaging with the original tags. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

1. Product is damaged, deformed, severely disconnected, etc.

2. The appearance of the product is dirty or yellowed more than one centimeter.

3. Received the wrong style, color, size or material, etc.

4. Discoloration or paint drop of the appearance of the product.

IF THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS OCCUR, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:

1. The appearance and packaging of the product are damaged or deformed due to the transportation process.

2. Since the color displayed on the screen of each computer or mobile phone will be different, If the product has a little color difference, it is normal.

3. The product has a very small stain within 0.5 cm.

4. Products have been washed, pressed, dried, etc.

5. Dirty conditions caused by clothes after trying on.

6. The product has a little dust or very small particles.

7. The product is damaged, dirty or deformed due to improper use.
